What is Fumigation? How does Fumigation work?
Fumigation is the process in which your house is wrapped with tarps and a fumigation gas is used to exterminate drywood termites. The tarps hold the gas so that it penetrates to all areas of the house and eradicates drywood termites – wherever they are. After the fumigation period, the building is aerated to remove all of the fumigation gas. The building is carefully checked to ensure that all gas is gone, the tarps are removed, and you can reoccupy your house.
Why Fumigate?
Fumigation is a complete treatment that will eradicate drywood termites and beetles throughout your house. It is one of the few methods that guarantee elimination of all drywood termite infestations in all areas of a structure. If your house is heavily infested, or has many areas of infestation, then fumigation may be the best treatment.
