Subterranean Termite Treatment
What are Subterranean Termites?

-
Subterranean termites are soil-dwelling termites. They are “social” insects like ants or bees and are coming and going from your house (their food source) to their colony day and night.

-
Their colonies are underground outside your house. They gain access where soil contacts the house, often finding entry points behind stucco, at attached steps or patios, and cracks in foundations.

-
A well-developed subterranean termite colony may have several hundred thousand individuals. They eat 24 hours a day, which can amount to quite a bit of damage over time. Damage can weaken your house and be costly to repair.
What Should You Expect From A Subterranean Termite Treatment?
We protect your home by treating the soil along the perimeter of the house with non-repellent products that allow for a “transfer effect” from one termite to another.

The termites move through treated soil and carry it back into their colony eradicating the entire colony that may be attacking your house.

Here’s how the Sub-treat process works:
-
First We trench along the perimeter of your home.
-
Once trenching is compleat we drill holes in concrete along the permit.
-
Next, we add the treatment product to the trenches and in the holes drilled around the perimeter.
-
After the treatment product has been added we seal any holes drilled and refill any trenches.
-
Finally, the inspector takes one final look before signing off.
