Termite Control is also a licensed general contractor
specializing in rot and termite damage repair as well as
remodeling of rotted areas and repair, replacement and
modification of structural elements of a building.
Termites and rot can cause substantial damage to a building.
Franz Termite Control has our own experienced work crews to
repair damage.
Repairing rot and termite damage is special trade in itself. Not
only is extensive knowledge of all phases of construction
required, but a craftsman’s touch gained by years of
experience. Repair, unlike new construction requires careful
dismantling of the damaged area, repair of the underlying
structure, and careful restoration of finished areas to properly
complete the job. Special attention must be given to choice of
materials and techniques used.
All our repair crews are headed by an experienced foreman
with years of accumulated knowledge gained by doing this
kind of work. Our senior foreman has been with Franz
Termite Control since 1972 - a true craftsman and sometimes
an artist when it comes to restoring damaged areas.
