We offer customers treatment methods based on a home’s specific needs and its type of construction. These include:

• Termite Treatment—Because treatment for termites varies, depending on the type of termite and the location and extent of the infestation, you need specialists like us to make sure the building is termite-free. 

• Fumigation—To ensure all dry wood termites are eliminated, you may need a fumigation professional. That’s us! We use a proven process that’s been used successfully for almost 50 years. But, you don’t always have to fumigate.

• Rot or Fungus Damage Repair—While an inspection performed by Franz Termite Control is often referred to as a “Termite Inspection”, this is actually a misnomer. The “official” term for our inspection is a “Wood Destroying Pest and Organisms Inspection” because one of the largest sources of damage in wooden structures is rot or fungus damage. More wood is destroyed each year by fungus (rot) decay than by all fire, floods and termites combined. Our trained and licensed inspectors are looking for so much more than just termites.
